Canning, canning, and more canning. 65 jars, of assorted sizes. Above is what I did Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.Pickles, pickled peppers (these were supposedly hot- they're not.), peaches, jam, cucumber relish
Friday and Saturdays work- Bean and bacon soup, vegetable beef soup, vegetable chicken soup, and more jam.Whew, it was a lot of work, but I'm done for the moment, and they all look so nice lined up on my basement shelves.

Beautiful! I love the sight of full canning jars lined up. What a sense of accomplishment you must have!
Very impressive! :)
I CANNOT believe you did all of that yourself! I wish you would've posted each day so we could know how you paced yourself.
I had no idea you could "home can" soup. That is such a good idea for when you need a homemade meal in a hurry. You are one hardworkin' lady!
Davene-Yes I do! People often wondre why I bother with so much homemade stuff, when I could just go buy it. It's for that very reason- look at what I've accomplished!
Sarah- Thanks Cuz- your "vacation" (cough cough) starts today, right? Praying for you...
