Ahhh. To be home. And back on the computer. The kidlets and I slept in Monday.
'Til 8 AM. I can't remember the last time I did that. Tuesday I had an early doctors appointment, today is Bible study, and tomorrow is grocery shopping. Friday, I will begin posting pictures and dawdling over everyones blogs, as opposed to my quick run around and see what everyone is up to.
The fair was great, good weather though it was rather hot and sticky the last few days. The kids have recovered. They were getting up at 5:30 AM. We were at the fair by 6:40. Yes I may be crazy (I've never claimed otherwise), but if they're not going to sleep, I'm not going to sit around during fair week.
I won 14 ribbons, 7 red and 7 blue, and got $25 in prize money. Flea market and thrift stores, here I come!
We are now back to "normal" and I use that term loosely. I've been fluffing the house for the wedding shower on the 6th, and fine tuning and tweaking the menu. My sister made me cut out a few things, since we are not after all, feeding the whole county. I tend to get carried away. Anyhow, there are strange scraping noises coming from upstairs that I should probably investigate, and my munchkins are hungry.
