Thankful

(Wow! A rare opportunity to have ME in the photo too! This is from our trip last week down to the "local" Amish community. We had stopped for a picnic at the visitors center.)

Since the last couple of weeks have been rather crummy (tooth stuff, weekly visits now to monitor the babies heart rate, B. and the kids all pretty sick, blah, blah, blah), and since yesterday was Canada's Thanksgiving (and our early celebration of it this Thursday), I thought I would post some thankful. I need to be reminded.

I am thankful for:
~ A paid off house
~ A husband who has a job, and that he willingly goes to it every day to support his family
~ My little Monkeys- even though one thinks all letters are "R", and the other one thinks the word "NO" is merely a suggestion
~ Modern technology which alerted my midwife to a potential problem with baby getting all she needs from me
~ The Library
~ Chocolate
~ A sense of humor, despite its lack of use lately
~ Family close by, for visits, and childcare for appointments
~That God is bigger than all the troubles going on, at home and around
~That I accomplished all but one thing on my massive to do list yesterday
~ And for all the blogs I visit, and my visitors here- I would be quite lonely with out all my blog friends-Thanks Ladies!

I have more, but children are clamoring for "breafkats" or "beckest" depending on who is asking, and I'm kinda hungry too, so until later.

Aw, I'm so sorry things have been kind of crummy recently. :(

Your gratitude list is great!

I'll pray for you and that precious little baby that all would go well. Just the other day I was thinking, "Mrs. Bonnie must be getting into the home stretch of her pregnancy," so it was nice to see a picture of you, too. :)

Mrs Bonnie
can I ask you a personal question-how did you and hubby pay your house off so quickly? I would love any/ all advice you can offer-

best wishes with the baby-
Jennifer

Hi Mrs. Bonnie,

I, like Jennifer, am very interested in how you paid off your home as well. That is quite an accomplishment, especially at your young age. If you are willing, I'd love to know more.

I hope the baby is ok, please fill us in on more of the details.

I love your posts -- I'm sorry you've had a rough time lately, but it's nice to see that you're still able to be grateful for the little things. It's so important to do that if you want to be happy.

Aren't you cute. I wish I could give you a hug. I think we could be great (local) friends too. If only...
