Biscuit takes a turn... (the tractor is off here. They both ran SCREAMING into the house when B. started it. I think our vacuum is louder. But it's been one of those days with them.)
Muffin takes a turn...
I took it out for (several) spins around the yard.
B. has a milestone birthday coming up, and said this is his "midlife crisis sports car". A much more useful diesel tractor. His other one finally bit the dust, and though he was hoping to limp it through the rest of the summer, it wasn't going to happen.

We've got one too -- and I love it! funny how big, powerful, noisy machines can make a lady's heart beat faster!
I will NOT be letting my husband see this, otherwise his junker of a tractor just won't do any more!
That one photo of you and your papoose on the tractor reminds me of a great-depression photo I saw once of an apron clad woman driving tractor while nursing her baby. It was a really great photo. Love it to this day.
Obviously, you weren't nursing....just reminded me of it is all. :-)

Rebecca- I think I've seen that picture now that you've mentioned it. having my apron on kinda makes me laugh, just 'cuz it looks a little out of place, but I had been canning all day...
you mentioned on my blog canning some more and I thought WOW. That lady is on a ROLL! So I popped on over to see what you've been up to and I can't BELIEVE all the canning you've gotten done! Wow! That is amazing!
