I just bought, brand new, at the grocery store, in their bargain book bin,
The Gentle Art of Domesticity. For (drum roll please): $8.00. I peeled the sticker off the back and it retails for $35.
A $27.00 SAVINGS!!!!!!!! Its not one I would have thought of buying, but at that price I couldn't pass it up!
Sigh. I love a bargain.

What a lovely book to have. I find I dip into that kind of book so often, that it's great to have on hand -- if I borrow a copy from the library I always end up with an overdue fine!
I love that book! I thought I got a bargain when I bought it used for I think $18??? on Amazon...:) Have you read any of her other books?? I haven't yet, but want too. :)
