That picture, pretty much sums up today: BLAH. Lots of plans for errands, plans which got turned on their ear, and squashed into about half the time, partly due to circumstances, partly to my figuring my time out a bit off.
But, despite frustrations, there is much to be thankful for! Numbers 51-75, gathered once again in my mind, and recorded here:
51~ A baby boy who is growing well, is healthy, and a wonderful pediatrician
52~ Coffee, stress relief for me
53~ My sister watching the older 3 while I was gone today
54~ My sister, having the house straightened when I got home- a LOVELY surprise
55~ Homeschooling, and the flexibility it gives us for bad days
56~Honey, flying through school in the morning, and loving it
57~ 2 big pots of mums, surprises from B.
58~ Finding the jean jacket I made years ago, and rescuing it from my "cut-up" pile
59~Gift planning, (hope they get finished in the next 18 years...)
60~ Being asked if they are "all mine", and proudly saying YES
61~ Turning around the dryly stated "You must have your hands full" with friendly
smile and saying "Yes, full of blessings!"
62~ Beans sleeping through the night several times a week
63~ Books, ready to be picked up at the library
64~ A Bon Voyage party tomorrow for 2 of my sisters. A month long missions trip to the Ukraine and Mozambique
65~ Biscuit winks
66~ Homemade caramel corn, shared with B. after small people are in bed
67~ All Creatures on DVD, to be watched while on the elliptical
68~ Flannel sheets
69~ $.99 pattern sale
70~ Spending less than $12, and saving over $45 at Joanne Fabrics
71~ Little people playing church
72~ Surprise doughnut breakfasts
73~ Golden sunrises and sunsets
74~ June weather in October
75~ Boots, bought when pregnant and swollen footed, now fitting perfectly
Count with us, won't you?

Love the list, Bonnie! Do you have your caramel popcorn recipe in your kitchen blog?
Love & blessings, Amy! :)
Aren't sisters just wonderful?!!!!!?!!!!
I can relate to so many of the things on your list- even if they aren't happening in this season of my life.
Children playing church- I always loved that! Mine would pretend church for HOURS at a time, and we even have some of it on cassette tapes. Precious, precious times.
Love the picture of little munchkin - that's how I seem to feel most days - haha! *sigh* I'm staring at the picture of the changing leaves, drinking them in...
We're finally to the point where the air doesn't have to be on 24/7. I can actually open the windows at night!!!
Kara is down for a nap (attempt #2), now I'm going to go make some afternoon coffee - it's needed. Wish I could have a cup with you!
