Nope, didn't get sucked into a black hole, or raptured last Saturday, just been busy with home stuff. Baring any unforeseen what-have-yous, posting will resume next week. Probably.
Question for you: I'm starting to have tomatoes coming on a few a day. Can't I just throw them in the freezer until I have enough to make sauce or something? I thought I had read that here...? Do I need to peel them first? What do ya think?
Oh thank you, thank you!!! I'll start filling the freezer... Sadly, no. Not gonna make it up for the graduation. I'm HOPING to make it up sometime this summer, though. Will have to see what plane tickets do...
Welcome to Crabapple Pond! I'm Bonnie; I'm 33, wife of 9 years to B., and momma to Honey-8 yrs., Biscuit-6 yrs., Muffin- 4 yrs., Beans-2 yrs., and Sprout- born late summer 2012.
We live on a small wanna-be "back-yard farm" in the rural Mid-West, and have a few acres with-you guessed it- crabapple trees and a pond.
I am a born again Christian, and I strive to serve Christ through my family.
God is good and life is grand.

Yep, just wash, take the stem off and freeze on a cookie sheet. Throw 'em in a bag 'til you have enough.
I don't suppose you're treking up here for your brothers graduation? Trying not to get my hopes up that you are...
