Bucket

I went to the flea market a week and a half ago, mostly a scope out trip, but I did get 3 dozen ears of local corn (really good too), and some local early peaches. And this bucket. I love my bucket. It holds 2 dozen ears of corn with ease. It likes to visit the garden with me. It holds my cleaning stuff for trips upstairs. It has dark blue trim, and a red wooden handle. Best $8 I've spent in a long time.

Is this, I wonder, what led to your enamelware fascination on Pinterest or is this the outworking of previous fascination?

I love your bucket. I am on the lookout for an enamelware lidded pot to be used as our "puke bucket". I know, gross. But that is what we had growing up and using what we use now is kinda gross....regular pots. Even cleaned thoroughly, it is kinda gross. Ya know?

And an enamel coffee pot.

And we all have big enamel cups for snacks and popcorn and well, we are running out of them.

And a wash basin.

And

And

And.

(Yeah. I have a fascination too. Surprised?)

Love it! I have a HUGE enamelware bowl that is great for picking large quantities of green beans and such, and I would never want to be without it.
