Yummy Yummy Yummy! Easy Easy Easy!
This will make 4 sandwiches
2 Boneless, skinless Chicken breast halves
Cajun or Creole seasoning ( just bring the bottle to the stove with you, it makes it easier)
4 strips cooked bacon
Swiss cheese- as much or as little as you want for 4 sandwiches
Ranch Dressing
4 Tomato Slices
4 lettuce leaves
4 buns of your choice
Liberally sprinkle top side of chicken with seasoning, lay seasoned side down in an oiled skillet, and sprinkle the new top side. Cook until browned on both sides and juices run clear.
Cut each piece in half. Squirt a dollop of dressing on each bottom half of the bun, then add the remaining items. I like to put the cheese on top of the chicken so it melts.
Makes 4 smaller sandwiches, or 2 big ones. You will not find anything yummier at a restaurant!
Slices of avocado would be lovely on this.
