Snuggeling In

Ahh. Can you believe its January already? Wow. But I'm ready for it, Time to snuggle in and catch up on projects, plan for spring, and just rest. Thank you all for your Christmas comments! I enjoyed reading them!
All the Christmas things are packed away and waiting for this coming Christmas, old toys are put up so the new ones can be enjoyed, and this Mommy is tired!
We had a wonderful Christmas( No pics yet, but I'm working on them), lots of visiting and eating. Honey was thrilled with her gifts, and Biscuit was thrilled with all of the wrapping paper. Hes also started bouncing up and down to music, its so cute! I didn't realize that one of Honeys little toys makes music when you push a button. As soon as he heard it, Biscuit started bouncing in place, he even does it in his sleep! The funniest part is he is so solemn, taking his dancing very seriously.
Honey got generic (I'm very anti-Disney) princess outfit from one of my brothers, and is just not dressed in the morning if she does not have her earrings or high heels on!
We went to my parents for awhile New Years Eve, then stayed home New Years Day, which was good, as it was snowing and the roads were bad. Mr. B. watched football, and I de- Christmased the house.
Today, I'll get the furniture moved back, and dusting and vacuuming done.
Not many resolutions, I've never been one for making them, I just resolve when I think of it. I will try however, to be more faithful in my posting, and in commenting on other blogs, and press forward in the ongoing battle to be more organized.
That's it for now, breakfast is calling me!

Hey Bonzoil!

Your January relaxation sounds good to me!:-)
Actually, I just spent last week resting and didn't do any of the normal scheduled stuff. It's been great cuz God is refreshing me and giving me new ideas for discipleship with the girls, and ideas to help the teenage girls that are feeling like they are treated like little kids and locked away in the girls dorm. I am having a girls night on Friday, and the older 14 or so girls will get to come in and watch a movie and eat and maybe do their nails. Just to make it fun and grown up for them!:-)
How are the babes? They are so sweet:-) I love about Brady dancing to the music:-) I love you! Talk to you later. Love, Anna

Oh please do keep your resolution -- I'd love to see more of your posts this year!
I'm also pleased to slow down after Christmas -- it was great fun, but tiring.

Enjoy your well-deserved relaxation. :)

It just dawned on me today that "soon" Biscuit will be one year old. Wow! Time certainly flies, doesn't it?
