(This photo will have to do, until I get braver or more creative)
As requested, and then abandoned (sorry Rebecca!), a belly shot. I am actually sitting on the couch, leaning way back so that its actually in focus, and that accounts for the awkward angle. Just so you don't think I have some crazy posture problem. I have on my favorite new maternity dress I got on clearance at Target ( which is an xxl. I don't wear an xxl anything. Way to make a pregnant woman feel good.) I went out today on the search for more maternity clothes. HA. What a joke. Apparently only bellies are supposed to grow when you're expecting, and women with broader shoulders don't have babies. Cuz everything was to snug across the shoulders, and um, upper torso. Thhhbbppp. And I tried on about a dozen different tops and dresses. Any suggestions?

I'll call you a blackberry. Welcome to the fruitbowl, from your fellow cherry! ;-) That is such a cute baby bump and the girlie girl within is even cuter! Thanks for posting one-though you MUST take a full body one some day!
As for maternity clothes. I hate them. I hate them. I HATE them. The pants are too short. I don't have a butt so the shorts with elastic always fall down. And like you said-all the styles are for itty bittys with baby pounds only where the baby is. Ysh.
I have just been wearing lots of my dresses made in a style that can be used, for now, with a baby belly. They are getting a bit stretched, but I would rather look and feel good about myself than be uncomfortable both physically and emotionally.
Your belly looks good!
Hey! Are you going to share names or are they top secret?
Thanks Rebecca! I hear ya about looking good, I hate feeling frumpy! I have plenty of butt to go around, but I'm not a big fan of shorts and pants, so I'm stuck with skirts and dresses. Oh, and shirts. Those are a good thing to have on, you know complete the outfit and all that.
Those 2 shirts I bought yesterday? Yeah bought the wrong size, so dear sweet darling B. exchanged them for me when he went shorts shopping (I included a VERY detailed note, so there wouldn't be any questions too.), what a guy, who is thankfully pretty uninhibited. I did but uber-cute shoes yesterday so that makes me feel good about my size 11 boats. I need another pair, but I LOVE these so much that I can wait. I'll try to post a picture later.
I'll see if my cousin will get a full length shot on the 4th, and then post it for ya.
Nope, no secrets on the name, we just haven't come up with one we agree on. Me: "How about Lydia?"
"Lydia?" "Yes." Snort.
B.: "What do you think of Natalie?"
"MMM. Not a big fan."
And thats about the extent, though I'm still liking Lydia, and will give it another go.
Tootles!
hi Bonnie! Just to let you know, even if you do choose the name Lydia, I will still name my first daughter Lydia Grace:o) Actually, you should name her something like all these cool Mozambican names: Elliana, or Amelia, or Rosa, or Marta, or Maria, or Lena, or Helena, or Margarita, or Eliza (but pronounced Eleeza). Hey, I just noticed, they ALL end in "a". lol Anyways, just a few suggestions:-) Love you! See you in 5 weeks!!
Hey Banana- I figured that our kids will be so far apart in age that it won't matter if 1 or 2 has the same name! And don't be so sure about naming your kids just now, there are quite a few names that I like that B.'s shot down, because he doesn't. Its a 2 sided decision!
;o) Hey, also another name I forgot to mention that is real pretty ((but also ends in "a") "Graciana".
You must be online now too! Well, I am off to bed. I love you! Good night.
