Monday

Hey Everyone!
I know I said I would be posting wedding pictures, but what are you going to do when said photos simply won't post? I am beginning to think this blog is bent on turning me into a liar.
We had a great weekend, B. was home and we got lots of outside work done, I pulled out the garden, and the kids "helped" B. move the last of the wood pile, and pickup branches from the apple tree, and a dead ornamental plum he cut down. The kids got to run around outside, and B. got to use his chain saw, so everyone was happy.
Yesterday, B. and I taught Honey's children's church class. This is always exciting, she's in the 3-5 year old, and they are a hoot! We had a new little boy, and I must've called him Kiddo. He politely told me he really didn't like to be called kiddo, so I asked him what he DID like to be called. His answer? Sweetie. How cute is that? He was a sweetie too- brown hair, blue eyes and a nose full of freckles, and definitely ALL boy. His name was really Jonathan.
Last night we had a bonfire in the garden with all of our branches. No s'mores :0( , but I did make a chocolate buttermilk sheet cake with caramel frosting. B's parents were over and everyone gave it rave reviews.
Today, is school, bedroom and bathroom cleaning, laundry, and homemade pizza for dinner. Hopefully the 3 getting sickos will like that. Clean sheets will be a good thing, I think clean sheets are a great source of happiness for me, and I would change them everyday if it wasn't such a pain. A long day and climbing into fresh clean sheets- I can't wait to go to bed now!
I guess I've rambled on long enough, I'll give the pictures another go this afternoon, because I have weekend pictures I want to share next.
Have a good Monday!

It sounds like you had a wonderful, yet busy weekend.

I am with you on the clean sheets. I just can't wait to get into bed on sheet changing day. Last year I discovered the Tide and Downy Lilac and Vanilla Simple Pleasures laundry stuff. It has made changing the sheets even better.

Hopefully you can get your pictures to load.

I love reading about your homey, but busy days. Those are my favourite kind of days, too.

Thanks Ladies! I always enjoy reading about everyone elses "everydays", but think mine are dull!
