The last glimpses of daylight, as everyone was packing up and heading home

Canning. Everything that I entered, save a jar of potatoes, which I just realized a few minutes ago, I never picked up. 1 week to late.Mixed fruit, jams, catsup, ground beef, chicken, and corn were the winners.
Veggie soup, baked beasn, green beans, hot peppers, applesauce, pears, potatoes, and another jam, didn't place.
I also took a 2nd. with my oatmeal bread, 1st with my biscuits, and first with my sugar cookies.
I won a total of $24!

Our fair doesn't give the foodstuffs back, you have to "donate" them afterward for the raffle. :-(
Good job Bonnie! I wish I had a working pressure canner, there are some wonderful things I would love to can.
