Me, at 2 years old. See, I was baby wearing when baby wearing wasn't cool. (though I don't baby wear now, just as needed)
"Take a picture me Mama! Take a picture me!"
"Mommy look what I'm doing! Can you take a picture?" (please ignore the messy desk, which you probably didn't even notice until I brought it to your attention....)
And this one just makes me laugh (no, it's not an announcement). I remember stuffing all kinds of things in to make me look pregnant, but I had a koala teddy bear that worked the best.97% of the time this is what I was doing: playing house, and forcing my long suffering brothers into playing with me.
(Hey Bethany and Julie, how'd I train them for you?!?)
I usually had upwards of 20 children, and they were all named. Timothy and Juliette are the only 2 names I remember.

My "house" looked like it came from the pages of a catalog. Oh wait, that's because it was the pages of a catalog. I would pick out the rooms I liked from the gigantic JC Penney's catalog that came out quarterly(?), and they were my house.
And for memories sake:
Dear Patty! (you know who you are)
How are you and Tom?
How are all your children? How is Tillie Ann?
Jim and I are fine, and so are our kids.
Love, Martha
The best part is, all these years later, I still get to play my very favorite thing, except now I get to use real babies, who will be waking up soon, so I must go.
Happy Monday!

Aw, this is great! Isn't it incredible that dreams do come true and we get to do what we love? :)
