It has been unbelievably warm. I'm talking close to 80. At the beginning of April. Leaves that don't normally pop until closer to the middle/end of the month are uncurling, and we have been enjoying every minute of it. Its also been very windy, as is evidenced below:
About 7 years ago, when B. and I were dating, he was throwing the Frisbee into the water and the dog would swim after it. Several times (it was rather cute actually, his showing off) he threw it all the way across the pond. Well, in what turned out to be the last time, the dog never found it. B even went to look for it, nothing. And that was that. Until yesterday. The children and I were out at the pond throwing rocks, when this funny looking round thing came floating closer and closer. Yep, the Frisbee had finally returned. I pulled it in with a stick, thinking B. would get a kick out of it. He didn't. Men sometimes. Anyway, I thought it was funny, so there you are.
They are calling for rain and a cool down this evening (by cool, I mean normal). I'll miss sleeping with the windows open, and opening up the house downstairs first thing in the AM, but it is after all, only early April.

I like the dandelion picture! And yes, I would have been cracking up over the frisbee! Wonder where it was?! :)
Can't wait to see you!
It is 87 degrees here today. Incredible, no?
I love your baby bump. I REALLY want to go and pat it. Hope that doesn't weird you out. Today I am officially 20 weeks so methinks I am about due for a belly update.
Speaking of bellies: I had a dream last night that our babies were twins.
I understand how weird that is, and how impossible given that we are two entirely unrelated mothers, but good golly it was cute! (Besides, I have no way of controlling what I dream). so there.
PS. The twins were girls. ;-)
I think the Frisbee story is great! And I love dandelions, too! ;)
Gorgeous pics, Bonnie! :) LOL about the frisbie story! :)
