From Rebecca:
What is your favorite dessert ever?
One look at my waistline and you'll know that nearly ALL desserts are my favorite ;0D
Cheesecake ranks pretty much at the top though. Thanks, now I want cheesecake and I don't have any ingredients. I'm also more of a cake and frosting instead of the ice cream kind of girl.
What is your favorite PIE ever?
What smell do you love more than anything in the world?
New baby; the cologne B. wore while we where dating (given to him by another girl, but she had good taste and I knew her. If anybody knows where to get Quasar....); freshly bathed children; lilacs; the smell after it rains in the summer; the fair; tomatoes being sauced; hay....
Where you a rebellious teenager and do you believe it is inevitable for teenagers to turn on you at some point?
No I wasn't. Maybe it was being home-schooled, (maybe it was being the oldest and super protective of my younger siblings) but I never had the desire to go against my parents authority. I had my moments to be sure, when my mom and I butted heads, but it was usually over small stuff and when I was in my early teens.
No, I don't think its inevitable. I think that it most likely *WILL* happen though, for parents who just assume that's what teenagers do. Those parents seem to think that there's nothing they can do about it, so why try early on to prevent it. I can get pretty high on a soapbox with this one, and yes, with 9 siblings I DO feel relatively qualified to have an educated opinion.
I'll hop down now though. My mom answered you in the comments of the last post too, BTW.
WHY haven't you been participating in FF?!?!?
I haven't been taking many pictures, and my own forgetfulness- I'm trying though!
More later.

Must make your peanut butter pie...
The smell of the Fair - of course!!!
You mentioned cleaning carpets (yes, I despise that task as well!), do you have a carpet cleaner??? We've just always rented one, but I'm thinking it would be more economical to buy one(?). What do you think?
Yes, we have a carpet cleaner, its a Bissle pro something or other. We also have massive amounts of dog hair (which is only one of the reasons animals belong OUTSIDE...) that can clog it up.
It is handy to have, since I can clean the carpets anytime, and don't have to lug one home.
Also handy, say your child decides to throw up everywhere.
So, in conclusion, yes, it is worthwhile having one, though I am ready to tear out the carpet, and just have the sub floor. Thats why God gave us throw rugs.
