I have not been posting (or writing any of the mountains of letters I owe) is because it would sound something like this: I am doing NOTHING. I wake up ready to go to sleep, am wiped out after school, barely scrape by doing laundry and basic upkeep and gag at the thought of cooking.
Food occasionally looks good, but when it comes to having to make, smell or eat it... Not so much. You wouldn't know that to look at my pinterest boards, but its true. I have not thrown up. I am off ginger ale. But I have the energy of a rock, and am about as cheerful as one. Hopefully, since I'm now in my second trimester, that will soon be a thing of the past. As in hopefully very soon.
To keep myself occupied- because the thought of writing or doing anything that requires effort is dizzying- I'm wasting most of my time here . One of my very favorite blogs to photo graze on. Makes me want summer. And a farm, but that desire is always there.
And lastly, since this is such a chipper post, and I'm sure will be leaving you with warm fuzzies, I snuck out at naptime Saturday to my favorite (and reasonably priced) antique store. I giddily plunked down my carefully hoarded $8 for this lard bucket. It fits in perfectly, and makes me smile whenever I see it.
Now to attempt some cleaning for a birthday party Sunday. Or maybe a maternity skirt. Nothing much is fitting right now. Or maybe just nothing. I'm good at that.

Do nothing. Seriously. You are growing a human!!!!!!!!!! And raising four others, schooling, etc. You won't always feel this way and until you feel back to your normally overproductive self, just be.
Oy. I feel for ya. I agree with Kimberly. Do what ya can, let the rest be. I'll be praying for you.
Second trimester, eh? I am losing my chance to catch up. If only my husband would be AROUND more (dagnabit!). Who needs birth control when you've got Dairy One?
Anywho~
love the lard bucket and ENJOY the laziness. Don't you know spring is around the corner and planting and weeding and harvesting and then canning is all coming up?
Sheesh WOMAN! TAKE IT WHILE YOU CAN GET IT! ;-)
Aww...Lord, give Bonnie some energy in Jesus Name, Amen!
(((HUGS))) I understand the feeling of frustration about not getting things done and I'm like HALF as motivated as you are! ;)
