An Archeological Dig

Sounds grand and glorious, doesn't it? It's not, but it makes cleaning the basement a bit more glamorous. I forgot just how big our basement is, but with all (well, most of, I'm not quite finished) junk picked up, tossed out, put away, or added to Mount Yard Sale, I'm getting really excited about having a craft/sewing area, plus plenty of room for the kids to ride bikes or play once the weather turns cold.
I had another baby shower this past weekend (to attend, not for me), I love these shoes! I'm sorry the pictures are blurry, but I snapped the right before stuffing everything into a bag and running out the door.
I was putting the final stitches in on the way to church that morning.
The rickrack, and headband on the left are actually light pink, and the pink trim on the dress is much darker. I didn't use a flash (I never do, it washes everything out), but the sun must've been coming in brighter than I realized. (oh, hey look- you can see my big toe).
Well, kidlets are still sleeping, and I am in serious need of a shower, so I will talk at y'all later.

PS-I love the P&P sound track and it almost seems to always be on one of the songs when I come to your blog...ahh...so refreshing! :)
