Biscuit has been in desperate need of shorts. Being the nut that I am, I decided to make them as opposed to buying them. (don't ask, I'm just strange that way.) I FINALLY found a good boys pattern, snatched it up (not even on sale- that should tell you how much I like it!), and had these shorts put together in about 2 hours. I used old jeans for the fabric. LOVE THEM!!!!He had been crying here because I wouldn't let him eat his last bite of PB&J, which had dropped jam side down (because who in their right mind would leave their sandwich together?) on the floor. My gracious that boy is skinny.
Honey and Muffin have matching skirts. Honey and Muffin do not have a picture together in their matching skirts because *both* times right before I was going to snap a photo, Muffin decided to spit-up her last several meals.
Its amazing what you can make out of old pajama pants, a remnant of a bed sheet, and some random light weight denim. You can't see it, but there is also a pink fabric flower attached to the skirt. I see many, many more of these in the future.

Oh those skirts are DARLING! Must say too, it is nice to see some boy projects. Sometimes I feel sorta guilty because Panda doesn't get much handmade---why is it that boys get shafted? I have to remedy that but quick. I just got some good pj material at JoAnns this weekend. 50% red dot clearance fabric with a 10% off entire purchase coupon. Wooooboy!
